Mr. Keith Matthew Berkley “El Krazo” was born on January 5, 2000, the son of Keith L. Berkley and the late Tonya L. Hall, of Newport News. His earthly journey was transitioned into eternal life on Saturday, August 31, 2019.
He was educated in the Hampton Public School system. He loved music. His passion was creating rap tracks, fresh beats, and recording music videos. His music and lyrics will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Deborah Berkley, and uncles, Kevin Kaylor, Adam Kaylor, and Charles Steven Berkley. Fond memories will forever remain with his father, Keith L. Berkley; siblings, Santyanna Hall, Kennico Hall, and Carlianna Berkley; maternal grandparents, Paula Kaylor (Larry) and Ward Hall, Sr.; aunts, Bernita Berkley Hanley and Sara Kaylor; uncles, Ward Hall, Jr., Ty Kaylor and Kenneth L. Berkley; niece, Lilly Rice; nephew, Braylon Hall; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2019, at Grace and Truth Fellowship, with Pastor Rob Allen, officiating. Interment will be at a later date in Greenlawn Cemetery. Family and friend to assemble at the church by 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Mr. Berkley may be viewed in the church from 12:00 noon until the hour of his service on Saturday.
