Melvin Monroe Wallace departed this earthly life on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, in the Community Hospice House in Richmond, Virginia. His earthly journey began on May 1, 1949, the sixth child born to the union of the late Otelia and Floyd Wallace Sr., of Charles City, Virginia.
