Be the first to offer your condolences on Ashford's Tribute Wall
Ashford Aaron Carter of Newport News, VA was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on September 11, 1984, to the proud parents, Ricky L. Carter Sr. and Evelyn O. Mason.
Ashford attended Mary Immaculate Catholic School in his early years and after relocating to Hampton, VA he attended Bethel High School. "Aaron," as he was affectionately called, loved dirt bikes, music, cars, sneakers, up-to-date styles, traveling, meeting new people, and enjoying life. His contagious smile was very alluring and attractive to everyone. His personality and kind-hearted spirit showed how much he loved and was loyal to his parents, children, family, and friends. Whether you called him Aaron, Semi, or Baby Boy, you were deeply acknowledged by his friendship and love.
Aaron "Semi" is preceded in death by his daughter, Shenese Carter; father, Ricky L. Carter Sr.; brother, Ashley Mason; and sister, Patrice Carter. He leaves to cherish and uphold his memory, his very devoted mother, Evelyn O. Mason; sons, Aj Payne and Uzziah Carter-Stokes; daughters, La’Linda Ratcliff, Za’Nya, and Amoney Carter-Stokes; brother, Ricky L. Carter Jr.; sisters, Bernice Wright and Bernette Lowry; very devoted cousins, Gary Mack, and Michelle Mack; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
