Charlotte Ann Elbourn passed away peacefully at 5:05 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2023.
Mrs. Elbourn is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Elbourn Sr. and son, Clarence Jr. She will forever be remembered by her two sons, James Scott (Scotty) Elbourn and Bruce Elbourn (Kayleigh); daughter, Barbara Elbourn; grandchildren, Zackary, Loghan, Kaydence, and Peyton; and a host of family and children she took under her wings and loving friends.
The family will celebrate her life at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2023, at 11410 McLaughlin Lane, New Kent, VA 23124. Any gifts or flowers can be directed to her sons, James and Bruce, and daughter-in-law, Kayleigh.
