Corlis Renae Williams was called to eternal rest on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at her home. She is the daughter of Barbara Jean and Edward “Leeboy” Williams.
Corlis attended the Williamsburg/James City County Public Schools. She later fulfilled a successful career with KFC for over fifteen years. She also wore the hat of Customer Service Agent which really fit her personality of helping people and troubleshooting problems. There was no way to be around her and be sad, she had a way of always making the best out of every situation.

She was survived by several siblings, Shaniekah Roane and children, Shaniyah and Cavonna, Nannette Jackson, and Nicole Kelly; brothers, Charles Alston and children, Toukie, Brian, Charlene, Channing, Allison, and Adrienne, David Williams, Edward Lee Williams Jr., and Michael Rhodes; special cousins, Julie White, Sylvia White, Cameron White, and Shantel Johnson; aunts, Olivia Branch, Clara Johnson, Doris Morris, and Rosa Cotman; uncles, Louis Williams and Miles White; and a host of other relatives and loving friends.
