Dianne Jones

Ms. Dianne Jones answered the Master’s call on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Everett, in Everett, Massachusetts. Her earthly journey began on September 14, 1949, as the daughter of the late Redell and Robert Lee Jones.

Dianne was a woman of great faith. In her youth, she was a member of New Quarter Baptist Church. Later in life, she joined hands in fellowship with the Metropolitan Baptist Church in Dorchester, Massachusetts, where she served as an Usher, Choir member, and Financial Secretary.

After graduating from high school, Dianne relocated to Massachusetts.  She worked as an accountant in the banking industry.

Dianne leaves fond memories with her brother, Joseph Jones (Carolyn); and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2026, at Whiting’s Funeral Home, with a viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. John Baptist Church Cemetery.
