On Friday, September 4, 2020, our beloved Glenn Chester Johnson Jr., entered into eternal rest at Chippenham Hospital, Richmond Virginia. “Boo-Boo”, as he was fondly called, was born on June 27, 1968, to Annette Washington and the late Glenn Chester Johnson Sr.
At an early age, Glenn confessed Christ as his personal savior and joined Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, Williamsburg, Virginia.
Educated in the York County Public Schools, Glenn graduated with the Class of 1988 from Bruton High School. After graduating, he attended Job Corps in Washington, DC. He was employed by the Heritage Oaks Senior Living Facility.
“Boo-Boo” was a loving, caring, and compassionate person. He always had a smile on his face. He enjoyed spending time with his daughters, sister, nephews, and cousin, L.J. Most of all, Glenn looked forward to coming home to Mama’s good cooking.
He leaves to cherish precious memories with his two loving daughter’s, Ashley and Amber Johnson and their mother, Robin; mother, Annette Washington (Floyd); sister, Lynette Williams (Earnest); nephews, Isaiah and Daniel Williams; special friend, Adrian Carter; and a host of loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
