James Lee Cooper Sr, son of the late Corbett & Ida Cooper was born on October 20, 1929, in Monticello, FL. He gained his heavenly wings on September 12, 2020, at Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA.
James was educated in the Jefferson County School District. He enlisted in the United States Army; retiring after many years of service.
