Katrina White

Katrina White was born on December 4, 1988, to Marcia Allen and Dwayne Wynn, in Williamsburg Virginia. On Monday, October 9, 2023, God sent his angels to Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, to bring Katrina home for eternal rest.

At an early age, she accepted Christ and became a member of St. John Baptist Church in Toano, Virginia. Katrina attended Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools and graduated from Lafayette High School; she continued her education to obtain an associate degree.

Katrina was a loving, caring, and compassionate person with the most beautiful soul.  She blessed so many people with her strength to fight.  She pushed pass all of her life’s situations and circumstances, including her health challenges. During Katrina’s spare time, she enjoyed being crafty, reading, and writing. She was a published author of three books that are available on Amazon.  She was the creator of the signature line, Bedazzled Beauty Cosmetics. Katrina will always be remembered for giving the world a little Razzle Dazzle, as she demonstrated what it took to be a true warrior.

Katrina is preceded in death by her grandparents, Gertie Hampton and Bernard Robinson Sr.; and brother, Darrell Wayne Ford.  She leaves loving memories with her mother, Marcia Allen; father, Dwayne Wynn; brothers, Devon McBride Allen, Donte Allen, and Alonzo McBride Allen; godchildren, Emmanuel Black and Cyani Matthews; adopted sisters, Delicia Black, Ashley Moore, and Jontique Ratcliffe; best friend, Travis Matthews; and a host of nieces, nephews aunts, uncles, cousins, and loving friends.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at Noon, Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Whiting’s Funeral Home.  Ms. White may be viewed on Tuesday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the hour of her service in the funeral home.
