Krisstle Nichole Canady

On Friday, November 25, 2022, our beloved Krisstle Nichole Canady answered the Master's call and went home to be with the Lord. Her life began on January 30, 1986, the daughter of the late Fay Canady of Williamsburg, Virginia. She is also predeceased by her grandfather, Robert Canady.

She graduated from Jamestown High School with the class of 2004. After graduating, she continued her education at several universities. She became a self-taught prodigy in all things related to cosmetology and beauty, always exceeding the expectations of her clients.  Krisstle lived a full and warm life.

She leaves to treasure her blessed memories, her loving sons, Tristan, Travian, and Travis Lawton; sister, Nikia Canady; niece, Noelle Holmes; life partner, Larry Lawton; dear grandmother, Claretha Canady; aunts, Vanessa Canady, Sylvia Young (Rodney), Robin Canady (Gregory), Marian Smith, and Tracey Noel; two godmothers, Colette "Lady Bug" Roots and Doreen Bartlett; godfather, Leon Simpson; and a host of beloved cousins, other loving relatives, and many caring friends.

A funeral service to celebrate the life she lived will be held at noon Monday, December 5, 2022, at Whiting’s Funeral Home.  Interment to follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.  Ms. Canady may be viewed on Monday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the hour of her service in the funeral home.
