Lillian Patricia Bowman

On Saturday, September 30, 2023, Ms. Lillian Patricia Bowman, 64, went home to be with the Lord.  “Pat,” which she was affectionally referred to by family and friends, was born on April 3, 1959, to the late Herbert and Lillian Lue Bowman.

Pat was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents, Mary Lucy Tyler, Ollie Mae Bowman, and Walter Lee Sheird.

Pat leaves to cherish her precious memories, her daughters, Shirena Bowman, Asia Brene Evans, and Brandea Brown; son, Geoffrey Bowman-Brown; six grandchildren, Zamari Williams, Nasir Williams, London Clifton, Zion Evans, Torren Bowman-Brown, and August Williams; sisters, Carletha Bowman, Leslie Bowman, Janet Pearson (Louis), and Cindy Bowman; brothers, Herbert Bowman Jr., Johnnie Bowman (Jeanie), and Bobby Bowman; aunts, Cherlyn White, Helen Tucker (William), and Mel Bowman; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-aunts, great-uncle, cousins, and caring friends.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2023, in Whiting’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Williamsburg Memorial Park. There will be no public viewing for Ms. Bowman.
