Loren "LO" Javell Ransome

Our beloved Loren “LO” Javell Ransome, departed this earthly life on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. He was born on May 26, 1972, to Teresa Andrews, in Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News, Virginia

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Larry “LB” Andrews and Karlos Evan Andrews; his grandmother, Sally Beatrice Andrews of Lackey, VA.

His memory will forever remain with his children, Loren Javell Ransome Jr. of Las Vegas, Nevada, Genness and Faith Ransome, Zayden Williams, and Nolan Eley, all of Newport News, Virginia; his mother, Teresa Andrews of Newport News, Virginia; sisters, Loretha S. Piggott (Hurley) of Staunton Virginia, and Deirdre Smith (DaQuan) of Newport News, Virginia; brothers, Donnell Lee Andrews (Trina) and Eldon Monte’ Andrews, both of Newport News, Virginia; two half-sisters, Sandra “Peaches” Fox and Courtney Andrews, both of Brooklyn, NY; three aunts, two uncles, a host of other loving relatives, and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Denbigh United Presbyterian Church, 302 Denbigh Blvd, Newport News.  Livestream will be available at the start of the service.  Mr. Ransome may be viewed from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.  Facial coverings are required at all services.
