Margaret G. Jenkins entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 29, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 26, 1938, the oldest daughter of Lottie and Boisy Outlaw, in Pink Hill, NC.

She joined Salem Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, Pink Hill, NC, where she served as an Usher. She graduated from E.E. Smith High School in 1956 and later moved to Williamsburg, VA with her cousin Christine Farrior.  In 1976, Margaret became a member of St. John Baptist Church, Williamsburg, where she served on the Hospitality Committee, and also as a Senior Usher until her health began to decline.

On November 4, 1960, Margaret married the love of her life Prince William Jenkins Jr. (On his 28th birthday!)

Margaret loved life and loved people.  She enjoyed working and serving her customers at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation Golden Horseshoe, retiring after 20 plus years of service.
