On October 30, 2024, Mary Hickman Argabright transitioned into eternal rest at her residence. Mary, so fondly known as “Sis,” was born on February 19, 1973, the daughter of Robert and Catherine Hickman of Williamsburg, Virginia.
She loved dolphins and cooking and cherished her dogs, Socks (deceased), Autumn (deceased), and Dakota. Mary was known for her love of Christ, encouraging words, and loyalty to those she loved. At the tender age of 8, she accepted the Lord into her life at Colonial Baptist Church in Williamsburg, VA.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Catherine Louise Hickman; brother, Tommy Hickman; and Marquis Chapman, who was a special baby to her.
She leaves her legacy of love to the love of her life, her husband Brian Argabright; sister Sheila Gray (Louis); special friends, Tanisha Tyler Graves (Bobby) and Georgia Beeler; her babies, as she would call them, Tyrashae Cowles and Maurice Chapman, Jr.; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2024, at Williamsburg Memorial Park. Dr. Mildred S. Ward will officiate, and Minister Tanisha Tyler Graves will provide the eulogy.
The family would like to thank everyone for the love and prayers extended to them during their time of bereavement. Memorial donations can be made at: Click Here to Donate. Any amount, big or small, is appreciated.
