Richard Stanley Randall Sr., departed this earthly life on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at Regency Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born January 19, 1946, in Charles City, Virginia to Richard “Boosie” Randall and Annie Louise Brown Randall. Richard attended Charles City High school.
In addition to his parents, Richard was predeceased by his sister, Delores Armstead, and his close friend, Lonnie Barbour. He leaves fond memories with his five daughters, Sandra Taylor, Rachael Taylor, Stacey Randall, Debbie Barbara-Burks (Shawn), and Melissa Randall; son, Richard Randall (Lenoir); stepson, Steven Lewis; fifteen grandchildren, Kiarra Brooks, Shawn Burks Jr., Shanell Carter, Anthony Fitzgerald, Chandrell Moore, De'Asia Randall, Lakeea Randall, Eric Robinson, Erika Robinson, Tiara Russell, Kharisma Randall, Quran Jackson, Patricia Taylor, and Stephen Taylor; twelve great-grandchildren; close friend, Douglas Davis Sr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A homegoing service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at Whiting Funeral Home. Due to the current health pandemic, only 50 people may be in attendance with facial coverings and social distancing requirements. Facebook Livestream will be available at the beginning of the service. Mr. Randall may be viewed beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
