Sarah Wright Obituary
Reverend Sarah Marie Wright, 89 was called to rest on June 26, 2020. Her life began on May 14, 1931, daughter of the late James and Laura Bray, of Lexington, North Carolina.
On September 6, 1958, she was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Deacon Bernard Wright. Upon moving to Williamsburg, she joined hands in fellowship with Little Zion Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Neal Morris. She leaves to respect and honor her memories her children, Lana Taylor, Donald Morris (Ann), Matthew Wright (Shavonne), and Tiffany Tutt; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, whom she cherished dearly; other loving relatives and many caring friends.
Rev. Wright may be viewed on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. in Whiting’s Funeral Home. Homegoing services will be announced at a later date.
